Batroun Dream Staycation

Good but not the best. Positive: The location is good and close to old market Negative: The building is occupied with workers and you will not feel comfort during the stay, difficult to reach the parking area and the ramp is very narrow not recommended to use big vehicles. For the first time I was thinking to cancel the booking but the payment already made in advance. We booked for two nights and when I asked the next day for cleaning they charged me 20 dollars saying that it’s not part of the booking. Later on I found the rate is high compared to other units in the same area but with better quality and facilities. I requested the owner to extend the check out time to be 12 noon rather than 11 AM and she confirmed that but unfortunately the cleaning staff suddenly jumped over and trying to open the door around 10:50 AM asking me to evacuate the unit to prepare for another customer hence I received the unit past 3 PM. I was surprised that no one welcomed us during check in time and they send me a bad quality video to guide me to the place with some instructions to enter the house.

Positive: الموقع ممتاز في قلب السوق وكل شي قريب، المكان من جوا كيوت و حلو للتصوير Negative: الشقة مش مهتمين بنظافتها، الشراشف ما كانت نظيفة احنا 4 اشخاص ومش حاطين مناشف كفاية تكفينا الحنفية تبعت الدوش كانت مكسورة من اول يوم و خبرتهم بهالشي خبروني انه رح يصلحوها ثاني يوم الصبح وما حدا اجا ولا صلحها وكان الاستحمام معاناة المكان مناسب لشخصين فقط مش ل 4 اشخاص

Lovely duplex in the heart of batroun Positive: Very nicely designed and cute. Location is central and the team managing the properly was very responsive and helpful Negative: Noisy early morning because of the stores nearby that were getting early deliveries. A bit of an escape game in the beginning to find the keys for the extra bed sheets even though they knew we were 4. The sofa bed was not very comfortable maybe because we didn’t know how to make it.
