Positive: The apartment is clean, newly renovated, and ideally located close to everything, with only minor drainage issues, but the service was aweful! Negative: The location was extremely hard to find - no signage, no building name, and no apartment numbers on the doors. In fact, signs from another guesthouse were all over the place, which only added to the confusion. I had to ask around, and while people confirmed I was in the right area, I still couldn’t locate the floor or apartment A100. The owner didn’t answer my calls for over an hour. A golf cart driver who happened to know the owner finally managed to reach them. I was given two more access codes, neither of which worked - even after trying both doors on the same floor. After 90 minutes, already running late for the wedding I came for, I was told to go to a nearby grocery store to get an access card. The cashier gave me two cards, and luckily, the first one I used worked on the first apartment I tried. Later, another guest attempted to enter the same apartment, clearly confused as well - I had to shout from inside that the apartment was occupied. Then after few more minutes, to my shock, someone actually walked in while I was completely naked and getting ready to shower. I called the owner, furious, and was blamed for taking the “wrong” card???? despite there being no labels on the doors, the cards, or even the building. No sincere apology, just excuses. The owner kept justifying the mess, saying technical issues “can happen.” This place is run terribly - handing out access codes and telling guests to try them on random doors, relying on a grocery store cashier (with no hospitality training) to manage access. While the apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, the experience was a total disaster. Rude management, poor communication, and zero professionalism. I honestly hated my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone.
