Very pleasant Positive: Very well located, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. I loved the decoration, and the bed is confortable.

Pleasant Comfortable stay! Positive: It looks exactly like the photos. Customer service is amazing they answered all my questions immediately without any delay and they provided me with all the informations that i might need even before checking in. If i'm visiting Batroun again and i want a place to stay i'll book there. Negative: There is no elevator.
