Amazing and calming stay Positive: Everything. Thr neighbourhood, the coziness of the space, the simple furnishing... Negative: No proper mirror. Shower water pressure is low (stopped me from giving the 10). Better kitchen equipment needed (strainer, cutting knife, cutting board, etc...)
