- Smoking, events, parties, professional or commercial photography are not allowed. A penalty fee of $1,000 will apply in case rules are broken!

- A penalty fee of $100 will be applied in case of the loss of the parking remote control.

- Always check if the gas tank is open when you need to use the stove.

- There is no need to turn the electric water heater switch On since there's a Solar water heating system in the apartment.

- There's 1 underground parking space dedicated for the apartment.

- Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and that there is no elevator , so be ready to take a quick ride up the stairs
