Perfect residence for 4 people to spend a weekend in Batroun Positive: Very nice apartment in the best location ever. Super clean and stylish. Very comfortable. With a parking! The owners are very helpful and very reactive. Negative: Everything was perfect. Spotless. Even the couch pillows smelled nice

Worst experience ever. Positive: I never found the place. Phone did not work. BOOKING.COM could not confirm my credit cards. I never received directions or a way to enter property. I lost half a day in Batroun looking, never found it. Place on map locked. Neighbors said place sold and no one home. So I found another place. Worst Bookun.com experience ever. I presume no charge since payment never accepted. Negative: Everything went wrong. Never found place. No instructions on how to enter. Worst experience ever.
